Your Land • Your Home • Our Craft
Already own land in Hallsville, Longview, Marshall, or anywhere in East Texas? We handle everything from dirt work and utilities to the final walkthrough — family-owned and building since 2010.
How It Works
We start with your land — site evaluation, dirt work, and utilities come before anything else.
Our Work
Real homes we’ve built for real East Texas families — see more in our portfolio.
Good Questions
Yes — building on our clients’ own land is a big part of what we do. Acreage, rural property, family land, or an in-town lot: we evaluate the site and handle the prep work ourselves.
There’s no one-size answer — the home’s size and finishes drive most of the cost, and your land adds site-specific costs like clearing, dirt work, septic, well, and utility runs. That’s exactly why we start with a free site evaluation: so your budget reflects your land, not a guess.
Not at all — that’s normal for East Texas acreage. Clearing, dirt work, culverts and driveways, septic systems, wells or water taps, and electric service are all part of our site evaluation and build scope.
Yes. If you’re still shopping for property, we’re happy to walk a site with you and flag anything that would add cost — drainage, access, utility distance — before you sign.
Site prep adds some time up front compared to a ready lot, and every property is different. After we walk your land, we’ll give you a realistic start-to-finish timeline — the consultation and site visit are free.
