It honestly depends on the size of the home, the finishes you choose, and the condition of your site — a home with high-end finishes on land that needs significant prep costs more than a simpler build on a ready lot. How long does a custom home build take?
Most of our custom homes take several months from breaking ground to move-in, depending on size, weather, and finish selections. We give you a realistic timeline during design — and keep you updated at every milestone.
Where do you build?
We’re based in Hallsville and build throughout East Texas — including Longview, Marshall, and the surrounding Harrison and Gregg County communities.
Can we bring our own plans?
Absolutely. Bring finished plans, a magazine clipping, or just ideas — we can build from your plans or design the home with you from scratch.
Who will we actually be working with?
